As an endokarst phenomenon produced by advanced karstification, the cave with underground river inside develops in old limestone units. The cave entrance is wide and high, filled with stalactites and some rock-pendants. Some of active flowstones decorate walls of the cave passage. Near the entrance of cave there is an old grave. This Muslim grave is sacred. This geological heritage site is also included in the category or criteria for regionally valuable geological sites in West Papua and has good value in scientific and educational aspects, so it is very suitable as a natural laboratory to be studied and researched so that it will be useful for future generations.
